During their 2026 Servant Leadership Seminar this week, our 8th grade Miguel Men had the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to privately tour the Supreme Court of the United States. Thanks to our friend Christopher Maloney & Tom Lynch, our students explored the Supreme Court Library, Courtroom, and Great Hall, and even got to tour the building's famous basketball court.
For many of our Miguel Men, this was their first time inside a space like this and that matters. When a student stands in a room where history is made, he starts to see those rooms differently. He starts to believe he belongs in them.
This is why San Miguel invests in experiences like this one. We know a single afternoon like this can shape a young man as much as a semester in the classroom. Through programs like our annual Servant Leadership Seminar, our Miguel Men grow in character and leadership and start to imagine a future that reaches far beyond middle school.
Congratulations to our 8th grade Miguel Men on this incredible experience! This is what it looks like to invest in our men and our mission.
